Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Shady Jaydeyy. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Because our products are made-to-order and fulfilled directly from our partnered suppliers, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or address errors.

Eligible refunds/exchanges will be granted if:
✔️ Item arrived damaged
✔️ Item was defective
✔️ Wrong item received

To start a claim, email hello@slimjaydeyy.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
